作为Tsutt'ina教育公主，克里斯蒂娜将担任文化代表，推广个人选择的平台，分享第一民族文化，并代表Tsutt'ina民族参加本地和国际活动。这个角色对Tsutt'ina社区至关重要，因为它有助于传承当地传统，改变刻板印象。它还鼓励Tsutt'ina学生追求他们的教育目标。

Christina Heavenfire, a Grade 10 student from Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School has been named the 2022-2023 Tsuut'ina Education Princess.

As Tsuut'ina Education Princess, Christina will act as a cultural representative, promoting individually selected platforms, sharing First Nation Culture, and representing the Tsuut'ina Nation at both local and international events. This role is important to the Tsuut’ina community because it helps perpetuate local traditions and overturn stereotypes. It also encourages Tsuut’ina students to pursue their educational goals.

A large thank you goes to Jennifer Big Plume, Provincial School Liaison, for encouraging Christina to apply for this role.

On June 21, 2022, school staff will be able to watch Christina perform some traditional dancing t​o kick-off professional learning activities on that day.
