CBE schools and buildings have lowered all flags to half mast to honour the death of the Honourable Norman L. Kwong.

CBE schools and buildings have lowered all flags to half mast to honour the death of the Honourable Norman L. Kwong, CM, AOE, LLD, former Lieutenant Governor of Alberta. Mr. Kwong completed his secondary schooling in Calgary at the CBE’s Western Canada High School, where he discovered his talent for football. Mr. Kwong also received the CBE EducationMatters Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005. Flags will remain lowered until the day of the funeral.
