Alberta Education is inviting parents, students, teachers and the general community to fill out an online survey regarding the curriculum.
Alberta Education
Alberta is reviewing and updating the curriculum. The curriculum outlines what students are expected to learn from kindergarten through Grade 12. Over the next six years development will focus on Arts Education, Language Arts (English, French Language Arts), Mathematics, Social Studies, Sciences and Wellness Education.
Alberta Education is inviting parents, students, teachers and the general community to be part of this process by filling out an online survey. The survey has two parts: it will provide feedback for the general direction for the development of all new curriculum and on aspects of the existing curriculum. We support this process and encourage all those interested to consider participating. The survey will close on Friday, November 18, 2016.
For more information about the curriculum update and to take the online survey, please visit the Alberta Government website.
